Function description

SI 10C SM 18650 Cylindrical Battery Scanning Test Sorting Machine is an automated equipment used for barcode scanning, voltage, internal resistance testing, and voltage drop sorting of cylindrical batteries. The equipment is composed of PLC control + PC industrial computer. PLC controls stepping motors, speed-regulating motors, and cylinders to complete the sorting function. The PC is responsible for barcode scanning, data acquisition and processing, and data storage. The sorting number of finished cylindrical cells is about 4000 pieces per hour. The mechanical structure design is simple and generous, and the system test performance is stable. In the current market, one of the most cost-effective cylindrical battery sorting equipment so far

Process flow

Through the testing and sorting system on the industrial computer, parameters such as battery level, battery batch, battery model, etc. can be set, and manual debugging can be performed. The equipment automatically completes the following functions: manual feeding to the feeding box → belt transportation of the battery → cylinder pushes the battery to the test position →Single battery voltage internal resistance test→The cylinder pushes the battery to the belt position→The belt transfers and transports the battery one grid at a time→The battery rotatesBar code or QR code scanning→AGer the battery reaches the designated gear, the cylinder pushes the battery to each storage box → manual boxing; The equipment is equipped with sound and light alarms, which can handle fault alarms and so on. The operating parameters can be freely set according to the actual requirements of customers. The voltage internal resistance detection and sorting function is divided into 10 levels
