The 5-level cell sorting machine is a kind of testing the voltage and internal resistance of the cell through the voltage internal resistance tester, calculates the grade of each cell according to the touch screen software setting, and transfers the batteries of different grades to different levels according to the judgment result. Channel, so as to realize the automatic sorting of battery products. The automatic sorting equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, a testing

mechanism, an automatic sorting, and a receiving mechanism. The system of the machine automatically sorts and collects the cells into the corresponding receivers according to the user’s settings and group information.

Equipment layout:

The automatic sorting equipment consists of an automatic feeder, test, automatic sorting, and material box receiver and so on. Manually put the integrated batteries into the buffer area of the automatic feeder, and the automatic feeder sends the cells to the testing area one by one.
